VJOP stands for “Very Junipery About Proof”. The Sipsmith Gin VJOP depends on specially selected botanicals from different countries. The gin is lovingly handmade in a small batch of up to 400 bottles. The small but fine distillery by Fairfax Hall and Stamford Galsworthy founded in 2009 in a district of London. Aroma: pine, cedar, sweet and exotic spices. Taste: complex, spicy gin with woody notes of cedar and pine, sweet, citrus fruits, exotic herbs, juniper berries and chocolate. Finish: long and dry.
