Thomas Dakin’s small batch gin is made with eleven vegetable herbs, including juniper, orange peel, English coriander, carrot, pepper, licorice and horseradish.
The gin is named after Thomas Dakin, a pioneer who started producing the surprising quality gin in Warrington in the second half of the 18th century.
Aroma: juniper berries and bitter licorice.
Taste: bitter, spicy, coriander seed, berries and juniper berries.
Afdronk: great with spicy undertones of radish.
