Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the exceptional quality our collectors expect, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact
  • The original packaging is undamaged and includes all protective materials
  • The return is initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of premium spirits and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened bottles or products with broken seals
  • Custom or special orders of rare spirits

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide:

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
