All orders are carefully prepared by our spirits specialists within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Each bottle is meticulously inspected before packaging to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
Shipping Options
We offer two premium shipping methods to accommodate our global clientele:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Please Note: We currently do not ship to certain Asian countries and select remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.

Returns & Exchanges
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that occasionally you may need to return or exchange an item. Our policy is designed to protect both our collectors and the integrity of our premium spirits.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unopened condition with all seals intact
- Original packaging must be undamaged with all protective materials
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Valid proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of premium spirits and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened bottles or products with broken seals
- Custom or special orders of rare spirits (including items from our Cognac, Grappa, and Tequila collections)
- Items purchased as part of a limited edition collection
- Products showing signs of tampering or improper storage

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide:

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing
Once received, our specialists will inspect the returned items. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival at our facility.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
- For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
